Our Mission

To bring music to others through education and service.

Blewett Music Studio was established in 2000 beginning with Suzuki violin lessons. Since then we have added instrument instruction for viola, cello, piano, and recorder. In April, 2012 we added piano tuning and repair. We further expanded our piano services to include moving in January, 2019 with equipment purchased from American Piano Pro. With the completion of the renovations of our facility in 2020, we now offer facility rental for your event.

Where is Blewett Music Studio?

Blewett Music Studio is located in Paducah, Kentucky at 227 Farley Place. This is an old stone church at the intersection of Farley Place and Clements Street. Entrance to the Studio for private and group lessons is through the door near the wheelchair lift. Two handicap parking spots are located near this entrance. Students may park in the parking lot or along Farley Place or Clements Street. For recitals, guests may enter by the large wooden doors off Farley Place. Parking is available in the parking lot, along the streets and behind our facility for all events. The former Sunday School wing is our private residence.

Here is a video produced by Trinity United Methodist Church of Paducah of their history in this facility. They sold the building in the 1990s to Open Door Baptist from whom we purchased the building in October, 2016.
